I like to use a quick little process to help me to decide how I WANT to spend/invest my time. It is just 5 easy steps:


1. Make a list of what you think you SHOULD spend your time on?

2. Change the ”I SHOULD” to, “I CAN ________ if I wanted to. Do I want to?”

3. If yes, ask yourself, “What is stopping me?”

4. Problem-solve creative solutions to do what you WANT with your time.

5. Make it happen!
